We really enjoyed a couple of nights here, Mrs. Petra was very kind and share with us some of the magical heritage on this beautiful old town. Food was great, service was excellent by all the employees, the hotel itself is a genuine gem, made completely on rocks and fulfilled with historical events. This is a must when visiting R14.

Outstanding one of a kind Hotel Boutique everything in it is ancient from the 1700s the staff is amazing the service is excellent my room was excellent in every way with a shower water pressure was really good which is rare in Mexico the bed comfortable I can't say enough about this place this should be a five-star hotel

I have lived near here all my life and this was my first time staying overnight. What a beautiful hotel, great service, and one of the best restaurants I have ever been in. They have a dessert called La Abuelita is a must. This will be where I will be staying every visit because they left a memorable impression.

Don’t stay during winter. They don’t provide heaters and it’s freezing. The only other option is to pay 50% more for room with a fireplace and even that isn’t sufficient to make you comfortable

El personal de recepcion es muy amable y atento, el servicio de restaurante es muy rápido, además que la comida tiene muy buen sazón. La habitación estaba ordenada, solo que tenía un olor a drenaje y después de un rato nos dimos cuenta que el extractor del baño no funcionaba, son habitaciones de piedra y guardan mucho la humedad y los olores ya que no están muy ventiladas, yo creo que con una mejor ventilación y reparación del extractor del baño sería una estancia 100% placentera. Nos quedamos en habitación VI 2 noches y no realizaron el servicio de limpieza.

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal muy atento y la comida es deliciosa. Sobre todo la peyoconcha co. chocolate. El pan es horneado en el restaurant del hotel. La comida en general muy basta y rica. Fue un lugar que superó nuestras espectativas. Muy limpio y muy lindo. La atención de todo el personal, desde quien te guia hacia el hotel, la recepción, los meseros, todo excelente.
