"We had a lovely 2 night stay here. Quiet and well maintained. Staff were wonderful. We did not expect our room to be cleaned after our first night like other hotels. We were pleasantly surprised to see bed made, and all clean. The restaurant food is truly amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Our family, (two adults, two kids) recently stayed for one night mid week in July. The hotel is mid-value priced but you definitely get trade offs for this. Our room was on the second floor, but we had to hike our gear upstairs because there is no elevator. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room had all the amenities of a hotel at this price point. However. At 1 am, there was a distinct cigar/cigarette smell wafting into our room that woke me up, which was confirmed by the front desk...

"It was a nice stay. The bedroom was spacious and very clean and well kept. The personnel was agreable and helpful. I would gladly reccommend this facility on the move. Thank you!"

"Room was clean, beds were comfortable and AC worked good. Heated pool was awesome. The only negative is the hotel is in a bad area of the city. Not their fault though, A lot of homeless, drug addicts, so not advisable to walk around, especially after sunset."

"This is a nicely renovated old style no frills motel with basic amenities. It was a comfortable night's sleep as we were passing through on our way home."

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."

"always choose to stay here, not only for the quick efficiency they provide or the convenience but also because I just always enjoy my time here. Unexpectedly had to stay longer than intended and the front desk lady was helpful and kind, gave me more time to relax before my hospital visit. Ive stayed here maybe 30+ times in the past and consider it my little get away, im not a picky person or expecting resort type amenities, its a comfortable space for me and am grateful to the staff. "The front desk staff in the evening were very helpful kind and ensured the safety of guests after I reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The manager went outside and circulated. The room was clean and hotel overall was very clean. The front desk staff really stood out to me as super- best I’ve experienced in a long time. I don’t usually stay at this location but due to the good service I would again."
