From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. The gentleman really didn't care and did nothing about it, wouldn't even change our room, just said "it's the same in every room" . Every night until 1am the children of the family who run the hotel would be yelling and screaming in the lobby. On two occasions they started banging on our door and woke us up. On the site it says daily housekeeping, someone would come into our room while we were out, but wouldn't do anything. By the fifth day I complained about everything, even our sheets and towels hadn't been cleaned nor the floor swept. Their response was inadequate and ridiculous, but they did finally clean the room, but it wasn't cleaned well. They clearly don't care about their cleanliness. The mattress is also full of bed bugs, which we didn't realise straight away. Unfortunately the bed sheets didn't even fit the bed properly. The absolute worst place someone could stay, do not recommend touching with a 40 foot barge pole. Disgusting place.

Nice budget place with a cool pool. Close to shops and eateries but still peaceful. Only bathroom could be cleaner and have some ventilation.
