We were given the wrong room type for our second room (instead of balcony a small window facing back) , restaurant was okay but out of all beef and pork at 630-7pm so that was disappointing. Linens were low quality for a 4 star and pillows really small. The singer at bar was honestly the worst I have heard in my many travels to Ireland. Staff really nice. The bathroom was not in good shape, the carpet was falling apart, the water would not get hot, and the water in the shower was backfilling. "We rented a house attached to the resort and it was fabulous. It slept 9 and the rooms all had bathrooms attached. Kitchen, laundry, living room and a small backyard for the toddler. We had full access to the hotel's facilities and used the pool a lot. It was great. No complaints . The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I would book this again and not hesitate "
