Every person we encountered at this hotel could not have been kinder or more accommodating to me and my family. Everyone goes over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The manager and front desk help, the waitstaff in the dining areas, the housekeepers, all are so wonderful!! If you need a ride anywhere or help getting a dinner reservation they are more than happy to help. This hotel is a hidden gem. Thank you all for an amazing comfortable stay!!!When I return to Italy, this will be my home away from home!! Ciao!!

Excellent. A deux pas du centre-ville de Rapallo et près de Portofino (arrêt bus en face). Le parking sur place est un plus moyennant 15 €/jour. Accueil remarquable. petit-déjeuner excellent.

Posto in zona centrale di Rapallo (davvero a soli 200mt). Buona colazione. La stanza era un po' datata ma la pulizia e il servizio è stato molto buono.

An excellent hotel great service fantastic position extremely clean with friendly staff.Highly recommended and just a short walk from the lovely town of Rapallo.Would definitely stay here again rooms comfortable with good air conditioning and a very nice breakfast.We liked the roof terrace to enjoy a drink in the evenings.

This is a pleasant, well-located hotel near the port in Rapallo. The staff and service were fine. The room was small, but adequate; The bathroom even smaller and tight. The bathtub (shower) was very cramped and the water pressure erratic. The most important to note about this property is that there is no on site parking. A staff member will park a car in a reserved space for $ 15(euros) a day. There is a parking lot across across the street where there are parking spots for free (but you have to be early and lucky to get one.

Very good middle class hotel!

We had a very late check-in and while I booked a single room it was no problem to get a double room. The consierge at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely one to come back.

HOTEL BIEN SITUE

Bien situé pour les visites de Santa Margherita et Portofino, à deux pas du port et du centre-ville. L'accueil très sympa et votre véhicule pris en charge pour être garé dans le parking privé.Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le repas de la partie restaurant tout à fait correct. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très disponible. Possibilité d'admirer le paysage ou de prendre un apéritif sur la terrasse au 4ème étage. La salle de bain est un peu petite. Je conseille de prendre une chambre sur l'arrière pour éviter les bruits de circulation de la rue très passante et d'éviter une chambre avec petite baignoire vraiment pas pratique.
