Although the reception desk was not staffed when we arrived the phone number for the staff member was quickly answered and a very helpful young lady completed the check-in process swiftly and politely. The room was easy to find and the secure key card system worked well. The room itself was spotless and the bed was very comfortable providing a good nights sleep after our long journey. The en-suite shower room was ideal for freshening up with plenty of clean bright white towels provided. As the room was paid for when we arrived, checking out only required the key cards to be dropped into the collection point at the reception desk once we finished our stay. The motel is easy to find from the E45 motorway and is close to the outskirts of Randers, which has a number of interesting places to visit. There is plenty of parking alongside the motel and the local area is very quiet overnight.

Good location
Good location across the road from the convenient store and, gasoline station and Burger King. Room very basic but works fine. Only critique was the channels on the television which didn’t work - so only 2 German channels

Highly Recommended on a budget.
Excellent value and convenient. Out of town but so easy to get there just 10 minutes down the street. Very clean and comfortable.

Hi, and thank you for your feedback, the bathroom are not big but we think its working very fine, sorry about the drain. Thank you for mention our breakfast - about the elevator, sometimes when its so warm outside we need to stop for a while - we do this for the guest best.

Never Again
Lets start with the good things about this Motel, the guy in the reception was nice, and the parking spaces are free. We needed a place to stay for one night in Randers and this is what we ended up on having. I know this is just a motell but..... The rooms where small, the bathroom looked liked inside of a ships bathroom all plastic, i am not a big guy but i had a difficult time taking a shower with the curtains getting stuck on me all the time and there was no running away from it and to turn around in there was almost impossible. We had problems flushing down the toilets. We needed a room for 3 persons and only the double bed was done, they use dust as an excuse not to make the 3rd bed but you expect the beds to be ready when you come ( or at least I do ) the bed is hard. There is no Aircondition and there is only so much the window can be opened. When we where there the elevator was broken ( but i guess that happens from time to time ). For this we paid around 1300 DKK with is around 175 EUR, it was btw suppose to be cheaper but with additional fees it ended up in this amount, ( we did not have the breakfast but it is around 70DKK per person ) for the same price we could have had a hotell room in a real hotell in Downtown Randers. Nice to be clever afterwards i guess. To sum it up i would rather spend the night in a tent in a tornado then setting my foot in this place again.

Dear Arni The price you paid was 899 all tax included for 3 persons. NOT 1.300 DKK. If you wanted a bigger room we could have provided you with one for 100 kr. more. You booked your room on hotels.com so I am sure you know the prices in Randers. If not. I will give you one example. If you go down town Randers you can get a room for 3 persons at a Hostel for 749 kr. But that is with bath on the hall and there you have to make all the beds your self. Normally we make the ekstra beds when our rooms are booked in advanced. We are sorry that it was not done in your case. And we are also sorry about the elevator. Our building is only 7 years old, and normal we do not have problems with our elevator. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Kind regards Bjarne Motel X

Typical motel but at least quite clean
We stayed for a night, the reception close at 10 pm which is not very helpful. The room is small and the duvet was not done. But the room is clean and the location is good

Motel 1 - simple but met our needs
We never saw a hotel worker. Our check in key was attached to the door when we arrived. The rooms were very clean and simple. We loved the family room... three beds attached to a wall. The carpet was rough - but fine with shoes. The breakfast (not included in price) was average and VERY expensive. We thought it was funny that we never saw a worker... but it was just fine for us. We liked that we all fit in one room. And the beds, pillows & blankets were VERY comfortable. We would stay here again. It is fine for sleeping... you just would not want to be stuck inside for the whole day.

Overnatning på Motel x
Vi var en familie på 4 der havde brug for et sted at overnatte uden at det skulle koste os en formue, og det var der vi fandt Motel X . Det er rene værelse,med gode Senge og et fornuftigt rent toilet/ bad. Jeg kunne sagtens finde på at bruge Motel X igen.

Praktisk beliggenhet rett ved hovedveien. Lett å komme inn med koden. Rommet var bra, men gulvteppet var skittent med en ekkel flekk på teppet (oppkast?) Sengene var gode!

Vi havde blot brug for en enkelt overnatning, så stedet var fint til formålet. Der manglede ingenting ved morgenmaden og vi var de eneste 2, der spiste kl. 8.30.
