elevators were not operating at full capacity and had to wait minimum of 10 minutes every time we needed to use them. sometimes more which we then use the stairs that led to the outside of the hotel

The property and staff were excellent! They do have 100 deposit for each night, that you get back after check out, that I wasn't aware of. Even with that I had a great stay!! Def going back!

Looks nothing like the photo Music booms all day (11am - 11pm) from the Hula Bar No place to relax, no sun loungers, pool is small & really only suitable for children. Food was awful - except for the tuna sashimi Only good thing was reasonably priced drinks Would never stay again
