"I booked this motel because i had an early flight out of ORD. The listing said it was close to the airport. When i realized how far away it was, I was angry. But in comparison, others are not much closer and it was an easy drive. The breakfast is served late to accommodate early flights, so we only had coffee, which we were grateful for. Their coffee machine makes each cup fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. "
"Very disappointed that while asleep at 8 am the cleaning person did not knock just opened the room door and came in. According to hotel policy staff would not clean until 12 PM. Spoke with the front desk staff who was amazing (5 stars)."
