A very good base for exploring Montalbano country and Marina di Ragusa has many good restaurants and bars. The beach is close to the hotel. The staff were helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast time.

Great modern room & bed. Two pools. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Excellent value for the price. Restaurant on property and many others in walking distance. We did not get a chance to try the private beach.

Excellent breakfast. Lots of greenery, 2 swimming pools, free barking, good service, good size room, comfortable bed, good toilet and shower. Nice balcony, efficient A/C and refrigerator. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Swimming pools were too cold, no good dining options but many good restaurants around. No expresso machine in room, no ironing in room. In room Safe box charged 2 euros per day!!!

Property had a bright airy feel with attractive grounds. The staff were friendly. It was nice to have a welcome drink on arrival. Birthdays are recognised with a lovely cake left in the room. Facilities in the room were very good and fridge was a godsend.

Really nice hotel!! Amazing staff!! Very clean. Breakfast offers an amazing choices sweet and savoury options. Hot plate as well if you needed anything to your taste. Amazing choice of fruit. Absolutely beautiful hotel with beautiful decour. Gorgeous grounds & 2 pools. Very good breakfast. Excellent location. What bothered my husband & me was the hotel wanted to charge for everything. We were charged extra to use the safe in the room! They wanted to charge us to get a new pool towel each day! They expect you to use the same wet, sweaty towel the next day or get charged for a new one. They charge you 20 euro to get 2 chairs & an umbrella on the beach! I could go on & on. I loved the hotel & the staff was helpful & nice. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Service very good, the only issue of concern was when we arrived with our car we were told to use the white doors down the road (without any instructions on how to enter on arrival). The gates were closed and if a car had not been leaving we would have not gained access without walking back to reception. Also there was no one available to take our luggage until we arrived back at reception and for someone with a difficulty to walk this was a concern. Over all though a very pleasant stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb des Ortskernes, doch dieser ist über die Promenade leicht erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit einem Meer an Blumen und Pflanzen bestückt. Frühstück kann im Freien eingenommen werden und ist reichhaltig. Die Zimmer bieten Meerblick und der Strand ist ein Sandstrand. Das Hotel bietet einige Pools. Personal sehr freundlich. Kann eindeutig empfohlen werden.

Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen!

Das Hotel wirbt mit seiner Lage "am Strand", mit schönen Bildern der Liegen im Sand. Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch gebucht. ABER: das Hotel liegt NICHT am Strand, sondern 2 Strassen zurückversetzt, in der Nähe des Strandes. Die gezeigten Bilder zeigen einen Strand, der nicht zum Hotel gehört und nur unter Kostenfolge (€20.- pro Tag) besucht werden kann. Das ist übles Marketing und hat uns den Besuch ziemlich vergällt.

Das Personal war nicht nur nicht ausgebildet, sondern auch noch unfreundlich. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war zwar relativ umfangreich, aber lieblos. Wenn mehrere Personen gleichzeitig Kaffee aus der Maschine rauslassen wollten, fiel regelmässig die Sicherung aus. Es gab keine Omelette, obwohl ein Koch zugegen war; der jedoch nur Crèpes und Spiegeleier zubereiten konnte/durfte. Die Rühreier waren immer kalt. Es lohnt sich keineswegs im teureren Palace zu buchen, da es keinerlei Vorteile bietet. Die Lage zum Strand und auch zum Ort ist gut. Fazit: das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr schlecht. Es entspricht keineswegs einem 4-Sterne-Hotel.
