"Hotel is in the good location and outside of location looks good like palace. Lobby reasonably ok. But room is very very small, inside room , the ambience is not good. Small cell like feeling. I observed one bug crawling in the bathroom. Shower gas shampoo and conditioner only, but no body soap inside shower. We had to take hand wash / body wash liquid bottle from sink area to shower area. "

"Lovely room , spacious and comfortable. Very good bed . Quiet location but easy 5 minute walk to the centre. Easy street parking nearby . Superb service from the hotel staff . "

"The breakfast was just fine! Our room was super clean. We felt very safe with at the hotel and the parking as well! We would gladly return it this hotel. It is easy walking distance to everything. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming!"

"It is lack of enough staff. First night, suddenly we wake up at 3 am with a tribble noise due to strong wind causing the window to be open. We could not closed it and lot of rain was entering into our room affecting our stuffs. Went down to reception, he offer to change our room but there no one to help us to get our stuff to move the the new room. I asked for a bottle of water, no room service was available after midnight and also no any water bottle was available to be taken to our room. Receptionist offered to go to the spa and take some water in a cup from a machine. I’ve been to Malia in many places around and I was expecting surely much Aveiro deserve much better hotel service.
