There were people outside doing illegal activities. Upon checking in, we went to the room (non smoking) and noticed the cigarette smell immediately, and then the smoke detector battery was not attached. There were also no towels in the room. I went up to the front desk, and the lady there gave me a bunch of towels and some kind of spray to try and get rid of the cigarette smell. After brining in all our luggage, i sit on the bed and lift up the covers to find yellow stains on the bed sheets and gray dust balls or who knows what. My family and i packed up our stuff and went to the front desk and demanded a refund. The lady said if you look on the receipt it says after i give you keys there are no refunds. I was like well when i signed up for this room i expect it to be clean. We left that dirty place and booked a new room that night. I wrote an email to the manager and they replied the with a generic reply about give them 2 to 3 business days to reply. Dont waste your money booking with this place. I will be emailing the department of health and sending them pictures and emails. I will see to it that this place closes down.

Upon arriving we moved three times, once for the room smelling like cigarettes. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling. I asked to be moved due to my son’s asthma. I was given a new room in which someone had still been in. Garbage and food laying all over. The third room the lights didn’t work but we just wanted to sleep so we kept it. The whirlpool they advertise is broken has a padlock on the door and there is no pool. I was slightly suspicious of some drug activity I thought might possibly be taking place. My son and I went to sleep around 9:30 and were woke up at 11:30 by the couple in the room next to ours screaming profanities at each other and slamming doors. This went on for about half an hour until they left. They returned again at 3 am and 5 am and the fighting continued. I was honestly scared, threats of violence were being made so I waited until 6 am to go down and talk to a staff member at the desk. The staff member told me they wouldn’t do anything about it and I should’ve called her while they were arguing. I have emailed the manager who I’m sure I’ll hear nothing back from. I do not recommend, not safe, not clean. Horrible experience.

I will never stay again. Two guys got into a fist fight in the parking lot. Trash every where dirty rooms. People sit in their cars with music all night. People hanging out the windows yelling out on 2nd floor. Overall trashy place

It was so gross and the smell of mildew was so strong I checked in then check right back out ! Would not recommend to anyone . Very unsafe

I had a terrible experience. I paid for the queen suite. There wasn’t a phone, stains on bedding, actual bed not mounted to the floor so when I get in/out of bed it flipped up. No small towels and had an odor. This all was noticed after being charged for an additional room because my original reservation wasn’t honored because of time glitch. My wife and myself didn’t approve with the room, left at 4a.m. And purchased another room at a different property.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything was littered with hair, the bed sheets, towels (that you only get two of but 1 hand towel), the shower, pillows, blankets. The bathroom faucet leaked from top till it spilled and formed puddles on the floor. The staff at night that checked us was in was unacceptable, wouldn’t end her call to check us in and then proceeded to treat other guests poorly who were asking for amenities in their room such as blankets which was refused. The elevator didn’t work, had to use stairs with kids and luggage. Bags filled with trash lined the hallways. No phone to call front desk. Fire alarm was disconnected and shoved into a drawer which is illegal. Incense sticks from previous guests were shoved into the fire sprinklers and left there for who knows how long. Bug flying around the bathroom. Please keep looking for yourself, this place is not worth it.

Pool was not running after they said it would be. Dryer was broken. No phone in rm to call down to desk. Everyday we were locked out of rm. Key had to be activated Everyday. Would not let u have more than 2 bath towels and we were 3 in a room. We were told we had to share towels. Had to get maintenance to ck out bed because there was a long metal pc hanging from side of bed.

The hotel was run down. The tissue box fell out of the wall, the lamp was broken, the curtains were broken, the sheets were full of cigarette burn holes. The pillows were old and folded over in the pillow case. I hated staying but it was non-refundable and i was out of money.

When I booked it said indoor pool. No indoor pool. A whirlpool and it was out of order. With 3 young children need to let them unwind. Also toilet did not flush half the time.

First time I’ve been in a motel with no hair dryer, coffee maker, no cups, no plastic for ice container and no TV control. Safety latch broken, heater not working properly, stained comforter and front desk was going to charge $20 extra because I was 30 min early of check-in, so I waited.

No quality at all!
There is nothing special about this hotel. I was not familiar with the name but it was the closest to the venue that I had to attend. The room smelled like old cigarette and marijuana smoke.The photos on-line ddid not look anything at all like the room I ended up with! The appliances in the room did not work! There is also a $20 fee to check-in before 3:00pm. I will not be staying here anymore not matter how far I have to drive to the venue next time! Don't waist your money here!

Never again!!!
Supposed to be non smoking. Smelled like smoke. Management sprayed air freshener. Still smelled like smoke. Bathroom floor trash behind the door and under sink, carpet not vacuumed, mold on wall above shower, outlet on lamp did not charge phone. Only sign with name of hotel was on the door. No big sign showing name and difficult to get to.

Just like a college dorm. This property reminded me of a college dorm. There are people who smoke near the door. The whole place smells like marijuana. There are people yelling in the halls at all hours of the night. There are people living there who may not be supposed to be living there. There is garbage in the parking lot. It appears that this property is used by someone (the local social service agencies?) to house those who don't have other housing. One big clue is that some of the hotel rooms have doorbells on them. That's fine, and may be an efficient use of government money, but the people who need housing are trying to have a life, while people like me are trying to get some sleep before driving a long distance the next day. When you mix purposes (housing vs. overnight lodging for a road trip), someone is going to come up dissatisfied.
