The check in process was weird and the person who sent me a message about it was not responsive. so check in took a while when I arrived at the property. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe suite. The kitchen was great and everything worked well. You are close to both of the malls in the area so shopping for groceries was convenient. Parque la Carolina is amazing and I always stay around it. I really enjoyed how the windows opened and you could get all the sound and smells of the city through the day. It is loud at night, but every place I have stayed in Quito is as well. The motorcycles are loud at night, but it is a large city. I would have liked to have more instructions on where to take out trash because I was staying for a while. The views are great and I recommend this property over a hotel.

Property amenities mentioned in the ad were not available to us (business center). This is available for members of the co-working tenants only. A security guard will let you into the building but no one is available to communicate with you about anything you might need during your stay. The room was kept quite cold and we did not have adequate sleeping blankets to keep us warm which we communicated within a few hours of our arrival. While we did receive text responses back that additional blankets would arrive the next day, they were never sent. Upon reaching out again, we were again told that blankets would arrive the next day. Me and my children slept two nights in the cold waiting. Though our party included four people, we were provided only one set of keys (which were required to access the exterior of the property, the elevator/stairs, and the room), making it difficult for us to coordinate our time on the property and in the city. Would not recommend.
