The staff at Hotel Reina Isabel was very helpful. They helped us find an express laundry service and let us check out late so we have enough time to pick it up and pack before our flight. Our room has a good view of the mountains. The Artisan Market is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We had a good stay at Hotel Reina Isabel.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and spacious, and had amenities like the large jacuzzi tub. It is safe and quiet. This hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the bedding was so comfortable. I loved the jacuzzi tub. What i would suggest is that staff do a better job of attending to breakfast. You know how many people are staying in your hotel. Make enough empanadas and keep the coffee urn full.
