The Billy Barker is an exceptional facility. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The entire facility is in excellent condition and the rooms are very well appointed. The beds were also very comfortable. The only minor issues are the rather smallish room sizes, and due to the location downtown, occasional noise outside can be a little disruptive.
