Interesting place not too far from historic district, but the spa is close to non existent, no sauna, hot tub, etc, no massage availability on the day of check in. Still waiting for massage. Will see how it is…

This is a very bad experience, they told me I could place thing in the refrigerator that is shared and then they took my things out and placed them on the floor .the roof area that is sold on Expedia like a nice place to relax and enjoy the view they have everything closed and they dont allow u to be there.the sitting area is very dirty and the jacuzzi is nasty !honestly this is like an abandoned hotel !staff is not friendly at all ! I normally book with Expedia because it’s always amazing and they only have the best of the best but today is very bad !

En la página de internet se aprecia una la terraza muy agradable con los sillones y la fogata, actualmente no funciona este espacio para los huéspedes y no se advierte en ningún lado de la página que está fuera de servicio, tampoco funcionaba el jacuzzi y no ofrecen desayunos como lo ilustraba una de las fotos que ví en la página cuando reservé mi estancia. Creo que deberían actualizar su información y advertirle al cliente que no todos los servicios están funcionando pues me desilusionó un poco no poder hacer la reunión con mis amigos en la terraza y no poder usar los servicios que parecían ofrecer: desayuno y jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable y la instalaciones están limpias. La habitación es un poco obscura para mi gusto y la TV no prendió nunca. El ventilador no se puede dejar prendido pues la luz del foco no se puede apagar con el dimmer, o sea que tampoco fue de utilidad. En fin, sirva esto para que mejoren su oferta de servicios, el lugar acaba de cambiar de adminsitración según me explicaron, si informaran esto de antemano no se sentiría como engaño. Saludos,
