The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were dusty it looks like they didn't clean. Not enough toilet paper. Dirty blinds, a dead flies in the windows. I don't recommend this hotel.

El costo de la noche en habitación para una persona no vale lo que cobraron, 1100 pesos mexicanos. La habitación en la que estuve solo una pequeña barra de jabón para manos y baño. La TV sin funcionamiento. Con poca higiene. La expedición de mis facturas por hospedaje y servicio del restaurante quedaron de enviármelas el mismo día en la tarde y aún no me llegan. El desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación consistió en un café, dos bolillos con mantequilla y dos pedacitos pequeños de melón y dos pedacitos pequeños de sandía.

Experiencia terrible, el hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado o ventiladores, los mosquiteros de las habitaciones están rotos, así que no pudimos descansar por la cantidad de moscos, el personal muy grosero y el desayuno incluido lo sirven hasta las 8 am... Pésima experiencia no lo recomiendo para nada

Pesima experiencis

Hotel con fotos bonitas para mostrar por Internet. La realidad que experimentamos fue: Intaalaciones en malas condiciones, cama incomoda y vieja, no hay toallas, te ponen 2 sobrecitos de shampoo, habitacion sucia, lavabo viejo y la llave del agua a punto de romperse de oxidada, jardines descuidados, alberca sucia, y la atencion de su personal con muy mala actitud.

El lugar está bonito, sin embargo está descuidado, No había caliente, al llegar queríamos un baño, pues llegamos muy asoleados y cansados y con hambre; tardaron 40 min en tener y eso nos retrasó mucho en salir a cenar y regresar a descansar.

Pésimo servicio

A la entrada no tienen señalización del estacionamiento no hay cajones marcados tienes que adivinar donde quedarte y el control de la TV no funciona pero lo peor no había una toalla en el hotel ni para secarte las manos y al pedir dijeron que no tenían sin ofrecer mayor solución

No recomiendo ya que la cama muy dura y se notaba sucia las,sabanas animalitos insectos en la habitación el baño muy pequeño la regadera con un espacio de menos de 1 metro cuadrado y con cortina muy incomodo
