Beautiful bright and cheerful hotel in the old town. It's located on a quiet street, just 5 minute walk to most central locations. Lovely decorated room and pretty lobby. My room was on second floor with a balcony, sunny and with a lovely trees view of the inner courtyard. Bonus- Great Cuban restaurant 2 doors away, make sure to try it! The only thing I'd change is the hotel might need to increase the shower hot water temperature, especially going into winter. It was never warm enough, and the water pressure was low, but overall I recommend this place

Lovely little hotel right in downtown on a quiet street. Parking is a couple blocks away - I would call first so they tell you where it is, then they give you a ticket at the hotel so there’s no cost. There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant on site, it looks unassuming but the food was incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay. Gonzalo in particular was so helpful. I had an emergency and he helped us to find a doctor and got us sorted out. Truly wonderful hotel. Super clean, cute inside, and cute rooms. The Italian restaurant next door is super good as is the Cuban place up the street. We really enjoyed our stay and were treated like family.

Very homie vibe, if you’re looking for something chill, cheap, and not so noisy this right here is the way to go. You can go walking to the shops, plazas and more. Only downside was that the parking is a bit far, but other than that it was good.

Cute boutique hotel with courtyard in a great location with very friendly staff. Large room with sitting area. What would have made it better, more selection at breakfast although it is a plus that breakfast is provided. Also as a boutique hotel newer looking towels could only help its image. I have already recommended this hotel and will stay there again. It’s a little gem!!

The place is beautiful, staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are a little inconvenient as my mother is in a wheelchair and there is no accessibility, parking is safe and ample but it’s two blocks away which is understandable as the hotel is located in the historic center of Querétaro. Breakfast was good but not many options. Kitchen staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall all it was a pleasant experience!

Great location. Did not like that the door locks were like house locks that you lock from the inside. The chain lock was broken. New towels and wash clothes needed...they were worn and dingy. The staff was amazing although no one spoke English.

For the price of our room was very uncomfortable room. Not enough furniture to put our staff, no closet you need to require the iron, no tissue in the bathroom. The location very very inconvenient to unloaded our luggage. The place itself was nice, but the patio got a very uncomfortably chairs and no place to put your drink while you relax. The only good thing was a very delicious breakfast and was free.

Clean room. Comfortable. Great location. Staff was pleasant. There was not a lot of seating in the courtyard. Main complaint was the lack of consistent hot water. Pretty cool during the evening and taking a hot shower was important to us.
