Really spacious room, it is ac tad noisy duec to the bypass so close, but that also made for super easy access to the bus. We were so tired from all the walking and exploring we didn't really notice the noise. Great hospitality

We stayed here for 5 nights. The last 2 nights we experienced road works right outside our rooms all night so we were unable to get any sleep. We were not informed of this beforehand and because we got back to the accommodation late we couldn't take this up with reception.

We stayed here for two nights over Easter. We arrived and parked the car and left it there for two days. We walked down the hill to Queenstown day and night. The location was excellent. It was clean, warm and quiet just what we needed.

great room

great room, spacious & with a kitchen that had a good mount of kitchenware. but no elevator and as this was part of a long trip we had heavy suitcases to bring up. Very nice & helpful staff. poor parking, glad we didn't have to park a car. I highly recommend Vudu cafe for breakfast.

A little dated but facilities are quite ok. Quite a stroll downhill to town centre and steep coming back if you don’t like hills No nearby shops or eats Road noise as traffic was diverted thru Melbourne st due to road works. Quiet enough at night

Nice and clean room Friendly and welcoming staff, easy check in Looks like updates are happening as saw curtain rods, boxes of things in hallway during day The only negative was sometimes getting into a park was tricky, but that can't really be helped due to the shape of the driveway and parking area

It’s a difficult one to review but on the whole, just an average place to stay. It’s situated on the main road and a bit of a trek from town compared to other places we’ve stayed. The big downside is you have constant traffic noise if staying in any of the front rooms. Since the new road layout, all traffic seems to pass this way. Luckily or unluckily, we had a really noisy party next to us one night so we then moved to the back which was far quieter. On the same night, the WiFi went down and the night receptionist was not interested at all. The next day tho, we spoke to Tiffany who was great and sorted it, moved us and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Hurley's is well placed in Queenstown but is suffering badly due to the ongoing roadworks in front of Hurleys. Noise from these roadworks can be intrusive. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the front rooms have a great view of the lake from the window or balcony. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Fantastic.

Friendly staff, very cooperative and helpful. Clean and comfortable place. There is a bus stop right in front of the place, but it was closed due to work , but a temporary stop was opened 150 m down, so it was not a hassle. Short walk to downtown and other places. Our stay was memorable and we would like to recommend this place to travellers.
