"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."

"We had a great stay right in the heart of Brisbane. The room was clean and modern and while a little small it was perfect for us. Staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The meals at the restaurant are simple but tasted great. There is no pool, however the southbank pools are just across the river. All in all a good place to stay for a short trip to Brisbane."
