"Beautiful location in the harbor. The room upgrade is definitely worth it. Staff was attentive and always friendly. Cabana was a nice touch. The hotel is also essentially located next to several restaurants and pubs in walking distance within two minutes. The location was very, very clean and they were very kind to my special-needs child and accommodating."

"The property appeared clean overall, my only concern was during my check-in on May 1st. When I arrived, there was an individual in the lobby who appeared to have very poor hygiene. The lobby area had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I was concerned for my health as the individual was coughing and leaning over service counter. I didn't want to approach the counter after, but thankful for the lady that was working, she sanitizes the whole area before serving me. I was on a weekend layover and needed to be healthy for my upcoming flight, this experience made me uneasy about the sanitary conditions of the guest rooms and common areas. I would like to suggest that the hotel implement a policy or standard regarding guest hygiene in shared spaces to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all patrons. "Staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort was an absolute dream. From the moment I arrived, the warm Aloha spirit was everywhere—lush, tropical grounds, gorgeous beachfront access, and a huge variety of pools and dining options. The staff went above and beyond—every interaction was so friendly. I especially loved watching the sunset from the lagoon—it was pure paradise. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing escape, this is the place!"
