The front desk staff were amazing. Brian, Alanis and Aleida were always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly. You definitely need parking on the are. First impression is not the best, it was homeless people on the surroundings and the property was locked. Once inside everything is different, the environment feels save. Very close to viejo San Juan.
