"This is my second visit to the Urban Hotel within a month. This hotel is definitely worth the money paid. Hospitable, friendly staff. A huge amenity is the washers/dryer on the 7th floor near the roof. Plenty of water bottles in the room and on each floor. Microwave on every floor near the elevator. Sodas and noodles provided in the fridge upon checking in, along with a nice bathroom amenity kit. It's a 5-minute walk to the Songtan Entertainment District, so it's convenient to everything...

"집 공사로 인해 하루 숙박할 곳이 필요하여 묵었습니다. 다른 지역에 있는 신라스테이에 숙박했을 때도 매우 만족스러웠는데, 천안 신라스테이도 역시 좋네요.

"Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member."
"As I only stayed for one night, I didn't have the chance to experience many of the services. However, the room condition was clean, and as the name suggests, it was cozy and comfortable. I recommend trying out the amenities like the green tea set and the candle burner. Also, the bathroom has a unique bathtub!"
"The basement car park B2 to B4 is spacious and easy to park. We stayed in a Family Suite, the interior is very spacious. 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds, and still fit with a simple dining table and chairs. Still plenty of space to open 3 of our 28inch luggages fully! Its a heated bathroom with bathtub. Alot of TV channels to watch, however all in Korean language. The gym and dining area are in B1. There is a convenient shop beside the lobby, open till 11pm. Cross the road is LOTTE Department Store with food stalls at its basement. This hotel is well position for tourist to visit this city.
