Enjoyable stay despite the COVID restrictions. Very convenient for the restaurants, shops and beach. Plenty of parking. Hotel was comfortable and had all COVID measures implemented.

Very clean, but very dated. Old bedstead, brown carpets and a new shower that trickles red hot to freezing.

Money for old rope
This B&B is in a perfect location with great parking. We walked everywhere! We booked the family suite. In terms of floor space this is a large suite, but unfortunately is an attic room. Head height is limited, and knocking oneโs head becomes a common occurrence. Cleanliness was ok.
Fittings are clean but tired and dated, and of poor quality. The shower was a useless electric style one.
The B&B is unmanned. The owner can be contacted via text. The breakfast was a shambles. Covid was the excuse for not providing an adequate breakfast. The dining room was not small, with effort, 2 or 3 sittings could have been done. Instead a naff bag of a croissant, yogurt, apple/banana was delivered to your door at 9am (no earlier-that time or not at all).
We paid just under ยฃ700 for 3 nights. This was money for old rope with minimal service/outlay. I suspect this place is always booked because of the location, and survives on that, and that it is relatively clean. Iโm in the wrong business!
Rooms excellent as always. Breakfast is a disappointment. It was changed to Continental without our knowledge. This caused a problem as due to Covid nobody in the village was doing breakfast.
Our room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for staying nearly a week right in the centre of Abersoch. It was spacious and we really enjoyed our particular room which was tucked away around the back of the property. The way the owners had worked around the current government guidelines was great and we felt very safe. The continental breakfast delivery to the room was fab and a great way of still getting a breakfast with the dining room unable to be in use. The owners were friendly and helpful and we could text or ring Debbie whenever we needed to.
Close to beach and town. On site parking. Clean and well prepared room with COVID protection measures. Only disappointment was breakfast. Could have done with butter and or jam for croissants
Room lovely and clean tea coffee facilities ...location was excellent 5 mins from beach and town...Breakfast was lovely staff very friendly ... excellent service
Disappointed with the position of our room which was on the busy road and so quite noisy. Bathroom was beautiful to look at but quite small and the power in the shower low.
Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. Just thought it was quite pricey for effectively a guesthouse.
Location convenient for town and coastal path not far away.
Wifi didn't work at all during our stay.
The B&B was clean and tidy, and the room quite satisfactory. But we did have one big gripe - the room window could either be shut, or wide open. No other setting possible. We were there on one of the warmest nights of the year so shut was not an option. And as it was a strong gusting wind the wide open was a pain, with curtains flapping wildly all night.I did get an apology from the owners but, said with a grin, did not sound as if they took the matter seriously.
Breakfast was fine, and staff helpful and friendly. Coffee could have been better though.
Also missed having a lounge area where the family could meet up. Felt for the price there was something lacking.
This bed and breakfast is a historic building. Deb and her husband have done an excellent job of updating without losing the charmv of the place. Breakfast was delicious! You can easily walk to town or the beach. You can also start on the Great Coastal Walkway from here. There are great walks all over! The restaurants and pubs are good. There is TV, the shower is great, and it was very quiet.
Excellent Location a 5/10 minute walk to the local bars etc. Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff serving breakfast

A very warm welcome. We have been twice now and enjoyed it each time. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom amazing and full breakfast amazing. We will definitely be back to enjoy Abersoch. Thank you.
Fabulous B & B with helpful & friendly staff from the moment you arrive. Bedroom was beautiful with a super view of the sea, clean & tidy & it felt very homely. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic - freshly cooked & no request was too much trouble.
Only wished we were staying a few more days. Will definitely be back. Canโt recommend highly enough. Five stars!!
Had a lovely time great place nice hotel very clean excellent breakfast
If I had any issues Iโd say checkout is a bit early but not that big a deal all staff were very polite would recommend
The Wylfa is a really wonderful B & B in a fantastic location. Barely 5 mins walk to the beach and a similar walk into the centre of Abersoch. Wylfa also has private parking which is really useful. We were in Room 1 with a lovely sea view, and a recently refurbished ensuite which was excellent. The breakfast was truly excellent and all cooked fresh. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and also helpful about local eating spots etc. If you find a room available book it you will not be disappointed
