Première nuit : pas de serviette. On me l’emmène, l’employé de l’hôtel reste coincé dans la chambre. La serrure a cassé. Il faut arracher la serrure.
Je descends à la réception, demande une autre chambre. On me dit d’attendre que ce soit réparé. Il est 23h00. J’exige une autre chambre, enfin on me la donne

Deuxième nuit : 3 alarmes incendie pour des problèmes d’alarme défectueuse. 23:00, 5h, 7h.

Though this is a chained hotel, the quality of this hotel is not as good as it claimed and rated. Room is old and outdated. Overall, the receptionist is in good attitude but didn't tell us the proper Wifi password until we faced difficulty and asked again.

Improve service and replenish the towels
It is not the same hotel i used to stay couple of years ago. I stayed in the most expensive room assuming that the linen, towels and cleanliness will be better than their other regular rooms but unfortunately it didn't meet the expectations. Bathtub for which I booked the room was in pathetic condition too.
Hotel is good but location is very bad, there is nothing outside this hotel. My room shower mixer was not working properly and after 2 reminders nothing done by hotel staff
