Rooms were small and bathrooms could use renovations, the fixtures in bathroom were not in good condition.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room was not cleaned (with some human hair still on the sheets). No hot water. Someone entered the room by mistake late in the night when we were asleep (their key-card somehow opened our lock). Many other little issue.
