Beautiful renovation of a train station ! The hotel is modern, slick and very stylish. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of cheeses and sausage (fouet) croissants and good breads. They even have gluten free options. We really enjoyed our overnight stay.

A very unique modern hotel in a train station our room was a loft on the second floor. Extremely freindly staff and helpful, fast and easy check in, great breakfast and snacks for guests all day - made our stay in the region very momorable.

A pleasant experience
The staff was extremely friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The premises have been recently renovated, and the old quarters for railroad employees offer now a very welcoming stay to the travelers. The showers are outstanding for a hotel this category. Even though they are not a restaurant per se, since all restaurants in town are closed for dinner, they came up with great dishes for the residents.

Nice, comfortable and inexpensive option
Nice modern hotel built on the second floor of the station overlooking the rails or the main square (the trains are few and far apart). No specific parking provided, but there are free spaces in the nearby streets.Breakfast not included in the price but a couple of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Odd experience
Spent one night in this renovation of the upper floors of a local train station. Reception is a small office on the ground floor at one end. Our room under the slope of the roof was interrupted by cast iron trusses which invade the space and are genuinely hazardous. They presumably had to be preserved for support and "historic preservation." We draped blankets over them for protection. The room was fairly large and very clean, but moving around was inconvenient. Furnishings and bathroom are also new. Breakfast was a good buffet of usual items. Hotel is basically satisfactory, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Small, intimate, nice, friendly hotel.
This hotel is not what you might expect from its location in the main train station of Puigcerda. It is actually in the building, but reached through a separate entry and completely separate, also nicely renovated and modern.

The reception closes at 2100 after which a code is required to enter. Passports are necessary in Spain. There is a breakfast room but no restaurant. However the town with bars, restaurants and shops is just across the road. Shops are closed on Mondays. Rooms were clean and comfortable but there ar no reception rooms. Convenient parking.

No esta mal para ser un 3 estrellas. Tiene cosas buenas como agua o fruta de cortesia. Es facil aparcar alrededor y llegar al centro andando son 5min. El desayuno es sencillo pero esta bien y las habitaciones son amplias. Pero las instalaciones se ven con bastante trote y el suelo no estaba limpio y algun toalla rota.

Ya conocíamos el hotel de habernos alojado allí el año pasado. Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. Desayuno muy abundante y disponible desde las 7.30 de la mañana, muy cómodo si se quiere aprovechar la jornada de esquí.

Falta de atención y sensibilitat por parte del personal a causa de una lesion. Al entrar en la habitacion se me cayó el cajon del wc, que estaba completamente suelto en el pie. No lo repararon ni se preocuparon por la lesion. Muy descontentos.

L'hotel est situe au deuxieme etage de la gare de Puigcerda ce qui est tres pratique si vous arrivez comme moi par les Rodalies (train de banlieue). Chambre tres petite mais moderne, propre ascenceur. J'ai eu droit a un service hors pair par la reception de l'hotel. Mon voyage de Toulouse a ete retarde par un accident bloquant la circulation ferroviaire. Par e-mail la preposee m'a fourni un code pour un acces apres la fermeture. Excellent service de sa part. J'y retournerai surement.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre système de climatisation bloqué avec cadenas et réception fermée après 21h30 3 degrés pendant la nuit dehors et à peine 13 degrés maximum dans la chambre Dommage la chambre et l’hôtel sont bien.

Bien que situé dans le bâtiment gare SNCF l'hôtel est au calme. Le bâtiment est très joli. La chambre est propre avec un aménagement fonctionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le défaut majeur de l'hôtel est la circulation de la salle du petit-déjeuner et des chambres qui sont sur le même étage.
