For the most part, employees were nice. We did not get hand soap, door was not locking, and the ironing board was not working. We reported and they fix it as soon as they could.

Internet sporadic at pool, pretty reliable at room. Room felt damp, nice patio with two loungers two chairs, and table- beautiful full view of Banderos Bay
