The area is very big for walking and riding bikes. Staff is kind and helpful. But it’s difficult when no one can speak English. The food is nice. We’ve visited 3 swimming pools, they are clean and comfortable. Also they have some different levels which are good for adults, kids and even bebes :) We really loved the quiet modern suite. But the showers are awful, it’s so hard to use them due to it splashes in different directions. I can recommend this hotel to my friends:)

Very disappointing

Very disappointed in my villa stay. Seemed this facility is suffering from mismanagement. They were short staffed during our stat, villa was not ready for check in and left a little dirty from housekeeping. Two air conditioning units were broken, one toilet had no running water and the lights in the private pool were not working. Not an all inclusive experience as the outdoor pavilion cut ties with the hotel

Pésimo servicio sin utensilios de cocina en el departamento,se iba la luz cada rato y con tremendo calor,sábanas sin cambiar, recepción,no tenía para pagar con tarjeta , llovió y se metió el agua a las habitaciones,alberca contaminada muy claramente para nunca regresar no se hospeden ni de chiste se van a llevar una desilusión

Teníamos 1 año aprox que no íbamos a nayar. Cambiaron el club de playa que tenían antes a otro fuera del hotel, lo cual no está mal pero tienen varios aspectos a mejorar. Falta de toallas en club de playa Falta de snaks en el área de alberca Falta de agua embotellada. Te dan agua en un vaso pero la verdad sabe muy mal y los vasos si vi que lavaban pero igual huelen un poco feo o saben a jabón. Eso fue lo que nos tocó a nosotros. La comida pasable, antes si estaba mejor la verdad la calidad, las instalaciones bien y el personal la verdad muy bien tienen buena atención pero la verdad hacen lo que pueden con lo que tienen, para mi gusto podrían subir el precio para tener más calidad en alimentos y club de playa.

Los apartamentos están muy bien. La comida y bebidas son calidad mediocre. Tienes todo incluido con ciertos horarios no a todas horas. La playa está a varios kilómetros y solo puedes llevar en autobús y de igual manera la comida y bebida tiene horarios. No me emitieron factura porque el cobro lo llevo la aplicación de hoteles.com aún cuando la Reserva de hizo para pagar en el alojamient, aunque esto es fallo grave de la aplicación, no del hotel.

The villages and the food are great, as well as the service. However, the place DOES NOT have a beach, you need to go to a restaurant, 5 mins away (driving) to have access to the beach. The food there is part of the all-inclusive plan and the service is OK but it's not of the same level. This was a surprise for us.

Avoid this place like the plague! Although it looks nice, clean and modern in the pictures - it is at once both new and a bit run down - broken door knobs, dirty furniture and towels and the hardest bed pillows I’ve ever slept on. The management and reception staff are hapless and incredibly unhelpful. They charged us twice because they claimed that what we were charged on Expedia was just an authorization. When I asked for a copy of the receipt for my records - surprise, surprise - it couldn’t be located even though I had just signed it and the receptionist had just placed it under the counter. Very luckily a very authoritative Spanish speaking guest forced them to take it out from beneath the counter and told me to take pictures of all the pages. I’m so glad I did because both charges went through! Thank goodness Expedia issued us a refund after we called and explained the situation and provided the photos of the receipt. The location is in the middle of nowhere quite a hike in off the highway with no beach access from the property (you have to take a hotel shuttle to their beach restaurant in Bucerias but you’re only eligible for the free shuttle if you buy food or drink at their beach bar which has exorbitant prices in comparison with the neighbouring restaurants on the Bucerias beach strip). The beach access at the B Nayar location is private and you cannot access it unless the owner of the particular apartment that you have rented has subscribed for access and paid year

El servicio pésimo, pero lo peor fue la comida, utilizan comida reciclada, de varios días, las bebidas sin gas, los meseros desalineados, las hamburguesas son de soya y aparte mala calidad, el menú para los americanos es diferente, bueno por así decirlo para los mexicanos es pura basura, si dañas la llave o la Targeta te cobran $1,000 pesos y te puedan garantías por todo, pésimo hotel

Absolutely horrible waited for nine days to hear back from a manager and she never got back to me The toilet flooded the room The tub flooded the room The room wasn’t clean No cups or dishes or silverware Had to beg for wash clothes which we never got Still waiting to hear frim a manager So angry

The hotel room looks nice and new at first glance. Then I realized that it’s quite dirty and already getting run down. The hotel suite came with a kitchen but no cutlery or dishes. There is only one restaurant nearby and it played obnoxious music very loudly. The pools were dirty. The suite had towels, hand towels and bath mats the first night, but after it was ‘cleaned’ the next day, we were left with only bath towels. We are not travelling by car, so the only way into La Cruz is by cab. I’d prefer to walk but there’s no convenient route. The wifi was down for a few hours the second morning. So, I really don’t recommend this hotel.

Pésima experiencia

Estuvo muy desagradable la estancia empezando porque contraté todo incluido desde hoteles que tampoco me respondieron y tuve que pagarlo de nuevo allá, es un “todo incluido” que no sirve de nada porque no existe la comodidad del todo incluido. El restaurante está lejos y no sirven más que desayunos o cena, la comida debes ir al club de playa a fuerzas porque en “el restaurante del hotel” sólo sirven snack, te prometen habitaciones con vista al mar y no es así, no teníamos vista al mar incluso ni siquiera tiene playa el hotel. El club de playa el del fraccionamiento y no te permiten el acceso sólo si rentas por Airbnb y el club de playa que se supone que es el del hotel no es más que un restaurante horrible que deja muchísimo igual que todo el hotel además que el servicio es pésimo de pete de todo el personal y el mantenimiento igual, inclusive salieron lombrices mientras llenábamos la tina de la habitación para usarla. Se supone que es un hotel categoría 5 estrellas y presumen de ser suites de lujo pero sinceramente fue una experiencia terrible desde que llegamos hasta el check out.

WARNING!!! This is completely falsely advertised. The facility is NOTHING as it appears to be in the Expedia photos. There is ZERO beach access for guests. The beautiful photos of the pool areas and beach club are completely unavailable. Instead they shuttle guests off to a filthy restaurant on a dirty beach in bucerias and call this "the beach club". The food is inedible. Drinks are completely watered down. We were given 4 tiny towels for our entire stay! The kitchen has not even a glass or a plate so if you wanted to buy groceries and prepare your own food you would have to fully equip the kitchen yourself. This facility is run in a completely unprofessional manner. There is not a person at the front desk ( if you could call it that) that speaks a word of English. There was no one that could communicate with us and Expedia was of no assistance in helping us either. We will be pursuing recourse with Expedia as this booking was booked under COMPLETE false pretences. Do not book at B NAYAR.

Ya no tienen acceso a club de playa de la propiedad de B Nayar por lo que solo tiene dos anexas pequeñas heladas y para ir a la playa deben de llevarte a Bucerias .
