If you do not book through Riu, you have to get your own shuttle. you can do this through Expedia, but after you book it you will want to call the shuttle company and get very clear meet up instructions. the airport is full of people who tell you they are with your shuttle just to try to sell you ...

Lunch and dinner menu needs to be expanded and offer more “real meal” options rather than just pub style food. Other than than hotel, pool, staff and breakfast are awesome.

Yes, cleaned room every day. Staff was wonderful. Adult pool was my favorite place. Only problem was kids in the adult pool claiming they paid the adult price.
