"The staff were helpful but not very switched on. They didn't know Grab existed that I booked 3 times and I had a mixup with tour booking that cost me 1400 pesos that hotel email.received but didn't tell me. The breakfast was good and varied and pool, bar and rooms nice. Pool bar price was very reasonable but food and bit pricey so didn't eat there. TV and movie / Netflix and YouTube channels were a good plus"

I called 3 different phone numbers - nothing. I was not able to come in!!! My tricycle driver had already left and there I was, standing alone in the middle of the night.
