El hotel muy lindo , está en pleno proceso de recuperación, la playa que se ve en las fotos no está apta ni para tomar sol , de los exteriores solo funciona la piscina , casino y lobby , las habitaciones bonitas tu cómodas , pero nos incomodó y molestó que ya habíamos pagado la Suite y habíamos indicado que éramos 5 personas y estando allá nos querían cobrar más , decían que el Costo que se pagaba era por 2 personas y mis hijos y mi mamá debían pagar adicional . A pesar que habían alquilado una suite y desde un principio y dije que éramos 5 . Lo cual fue desagradable e incómodo los desayunos no son buffet , son a la carta pero completos y nos gustaron . El servicio es bueno . La vista des de la habitación espectacular

Inconcebible que un hotel de esa categoria venda habitaciones con mobiliario de los años 80, que ademas esta muy deteriorado y/o incompleto. Es una infraestructura para inversionistas de mayor categoría, lamentablemente nuestro país no soporta ésa inversión porque no hay turismo necesario para pagar, por lo tanto puede ser un hotel 3 estrellas, pero de cualquier manera debe cambiar todo el personal de recepción porque es mejor un adorno. Falta mucho para valorarse de 5 estrellas por lo tanto hay contraste y no cumple con las espectativas del turista, quien llegue recomendado por los portales quedará defraudado.
