The accommodations were worth the price, and the hotel service was good. But pass on the restaurant in the evening. It is not where you want to be waiting for food after trekking all day. The staff is nice, is very nice, but insufficient, and I waited 90 minutes for my simple meal on the terrace. Also, there is major construction next door with heavy equipment on the adjacent wall — not relaxing. I suspect this work will be done by summer, 2026.

The Good: location, Lola was very friendly and helpful and always smiling The Bad: bed is not comfortable, hot water takes forever, pool was very dirty and cold The Ugly: we booked through Expedia which advertised free breakfast but the hotel wouldn’t honour it Jenny was rude and very argumentative and seemed very unhappy to work-never smiles She also failed to tell us at check in that the front door is locked at 11pm and we need a code to get in. We went out and didn’t come back until after midnight to find ourselves locked out!Thankfully some people were walking by that knew someone to give us the code to get in We travel a lot and have never had such an unpleasant experience before. I would not recommend staying here!

Escaped from Eco friendly and landed here at this excellent hotel. Everything. And everyone was great. Also got an awesome massage at the spa. Really nice hotel.
