Great hotel within walking distance of the main plaza. Very convenient. Comfortable room and bed and a great shower.

Staff were helpful. What was advertised on your website and reality was different. There two pools on the website (one adult and one for kids). Reality: one pool and there was no ladder. It was very hard to get out and into. There was no elevator, so you had to walk up to the 2nd and 3rd floors where the rooms were (no banisters). Bathroom smelled bad (from the drains?). Shower had low water pressure. Overhead fan was noisy on lower settings.

En general la atencion es amable, pero el hotel es antiguo y los servicios lentos, le falta remodelacion, no hay elevadores (nos comentaron que por ser pueblo magico) pero el hotel no tiene un sistema de registro rápido, ese dia teniamos un evento a las 20:00 hrs, y tardaron demasiado en el registro; la habitación estaba limpia perooo el baño no tiene ventilación y olia feo la recamara; esta en una calle obscura y un poco lejos del centro, entonces por seguridad debiamos ir a rodos lados en auto.

Al llegar me habían asignado una habitación al parecer más cómoda pero al percatarse que venía solo, el gerente del hotel me cambio a una habitación más pequeña (cama, baño y con una ventana llena de cables de luz) Al llegar de un evento en la noche la responsable de abrir la puerta no me habrío durante 20 minutos los cuales estuve afuera del Hotel esperando. En cuanto abrió la puerta la empleada del Hotel lo hizo de una manera grosera, diciéndome que tenía que tocar el timbre el cual estuve tocando por 20 minutos y de igual manera estuve marcando al teléfono el cual lo tenía descolgado la señorita

A beautiful old building that used to be industrial. Fully renovated a few years ago. Rooms are comfortable if sparsely furnished. Within a few minutes of the historic district. A good budget option to fancier properties. The staff is OUTSTANDING, polite and extremely helpful

Frustrante

No respetan los términos al momento de hacer la reservación. Indican que el monto se cobrará al hacer el check in o el check out. Y dos horas después de hacer la reservación en un un correo indicando que se debe hacer un depósito a una cuenta personal. De haber tenido más tiempo para el viaje, hubiera cambiado de hotel.
