"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! "Overall quality was good, it's in the countryside which comes with expected limitations (WiFi didn't always work and the water heater required some waiting time) and the price was on the cheaper side compared to the rest of the area. The room had some "cracks" in several places, during the harvest season this allowed some smoke to enter which was not ideal, while I didn't experience many problems with insects (one gecko and 2-3 spiders) this could be a potential problem for other guests. "

"Some hotels don't live up to the marketing hype or don't look like the pics. This resort hotel is not one of them. As beautiful as the pics look on the hotel ap, reality is even better. If that's possible. The view from our chalet was stunning. The management and team went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. There is a definite family vibe to this resort. The pool was devine after a day in the sun. Food was while not the strong point was still of a good quality. The only real negative was that a vehicle cannot access the hotel. So our bags were collected by a scooter while we had to walk the 80 metres from the main road to the hotel. If that is the price for having a room perched on a hillside overlooking the terraced rice fields, then I'll pay it. A fabulous stay. Highly recommended."

"We had a fantastic stay at the resort. The complimentary bikes made it easy and enjoyable to get around, and the atmosphere was incredibly quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were amazing throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were fortunate to experience a traditional dance performance at the resort, which was a real highlight, and seeing the fireflies in the evening made the experience even more memorable. The location was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended."
