"We loved our stay at the historic Rabbit Ears. Friendly staff, well maintained, great walkable location by the river on the edge of downtown, free parking, EV charger, nice breakfast. We had a deluxe room on the second floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Highly recommend! "

"For the price, it was not worth it. The bathroom was so small he barely could sit down to use the bathroom because the door is gonna hit you in the knees. They didn't come and clean our room and we were there for four days. The breakfast is not a continental breakfast. It was just so simple and I would not stay there again oh yeah plus they charge you $12 a day for parking. There's plenty of parking so that's just an extra charge. That is ridiculous."

"It’s an older hotel, but it is clean. I have some issues with my room with the AC, not working and the handheld showerhead breaking in the middle of my shower, but the staff was friendly and put me in another room and the other room was much better."

"The room was clean. Idk how busy the hotel was but I didn't hear any noise. All linens smelled and felt very clean. The room had all the extras to go with the kitchenette. Like pots, pans, cutlery plates. Great hrs for all the amenities. Breakfast hot and fresh with eggs, sausage and so much more, something for everyone even children."

"Nice new hotel. Holiday Inn is eliminating coffee in rooms and make you go to lobby for a morning coffee. Terrible Corporate decision if you ask me. But the counter person was awesome and said they have a room coffee maker that he sent up. He was awesome to offer that.. !! The place is new and clean. For the most part breakfast was good."
