"Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

"Mooie grote schone kamer. Grote schone badkamer. Prima bed. Alles aan wezig op de kamer. Leuk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Ontbijt goed, voldoende variatie. Lunch Prima verzorgd. "We recently visited Kos for the first time and it was an amazing experience! We stayed in a fantastic hotel that was very peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which really made our holiday special. The food was delicious with plenty of variety.
