I just wanted to let people know that there is a bunch homeless people standing across the street from the hotel. The hotel had bedsheets with blood stains. It was a few factors that made me feel like it wasn’t a safe or clean place. The staff was friendly.

Yes. But toilet was not attached to the floor correctly, and same thing with the toilet seat. Breakfast buffet was free, but very disappointing. However, I would stay there again. Just get breakfast somewhere else. 🤔

I appreciate the staff here, they are always very helpful. The breakfast buffet was a njce surprise. I love how close the property is to the things i do there, but it can be a little noisy late at night.

I stayed here alone when I came to visit my son who lives in Providence. This place is beautiful! It is a renovated historical Boston hotel. The room I had felt like a comfortable, cozy, well appointed bedroom not a hotel room. Staff was always at the front desk no matter the hour and was accommodating. Bottled water, soda, morning snacks and evening cookies are included with the resort fee which I did not expect. It is located in a very quiet area. There were a few homeless people down the street to the left of the hotel, but if you are driving or walking to the right they are not a concern. I felt very safe in the hotel. Would stay here again.

The whole experience was not as advertised. Our room had a huge stain on the ceiling above the bed. It was disconcerting, as we wondered what had happened. There was a hair on the toilet seat, small dark blood stains on one of the sheets, and old/tired decor. There were paint chips in the room and the walls were paper thin. We made it through the weekend, but will not be returning.
