Everything was perfect, especially the reception manager. He is the best.

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!

There are no blankets on the beds, The blanket is in the closet- it is dirty,( I had 3 beds and 3 blankets, one worse then the other) It’s obviously not washed between guests and it looks this way. I had to sleep in sweat shirt. That is a big -never staying in this hotel again -for me.
