"We reserved a room at MekongView 3...after driving many hours we arrived and they told us they were full and we had to drive further to one of their other properties...it was not nearby as nice as the one we booked. We booked the one we did for the couch for our daughter to sleep on...the one they moved us to had a very different couch and my daughter had to sleep on the floor. I was very frustrated and disappointed."

"It was amazing !! The room was big and clean. We have warm water and there was also a fridge and a water cooker inside. We have a balcony and the view with the Mekong was fantastic. The staff was also very very friendly. We feel very well ! We enjoy our stay so much and we can recommend this fantastic hotel to everyone !!"

No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down. We were the only people there in the entire resort. Give it a miss unless you like to stay in a Ghost town ruin."
