Great value and easy location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay.

What a truly fantastic place, lovely rooms, great breakfast and a wonderful host. Plus a swimming pool.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Big rooms, great bathroom and fabulous breakfast. 5 star 🌟

BJ and Iris were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting was great with wonderful views and a stones throw from Carcassonne city. Breakfast was wonderful with home made jams. BJ was also very kind to re freeze our ice packs for the onward journey. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Hotel Campanile which is a 25-30 minute walk into the city or castle, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and the breakfast provided was of a good european standard and free WiFi available. I would recommend this hotel as long as you are prepared for the daily walk. Amazing break to the fantastic medieval town of Carcassonne, a must place to visit with the town full of history, bars and great eating establishments - highly recommend the...

Very clean, staff at reception very friendly, helped to organise a taxi for us. Perfect for an overnight stay on the way to the airport in Carcassonne.

Not in an ideal area if you do not have a car but even then was easy enough using the bus. Exceptionally helpful staff and clean room, exceeds expectations for the cost

We initially had problems finding it due to our Satnav but it's so well located near Carrefour and the main road to the walled city. Excellent value for money.

Receptionist extremely friendly, facilities fantastic for our overnight stopover. Great 2 bedroom appartment.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk into the old town but also on a street with plenty of amenities of its own. Free parking nearby in the Place Barbicane which was easy to find and close to the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and local products. The hotel garden was beautiful, and a cute if very small roof terrace too from which you can get a view of the city walls.

Absolutely fantastic 2-day stay in the Royal Suite at Le Château de La Seigne. It’s only a 10-minute drive from Carcassonne, and Ubers had no trouble picking us up right at the gate quickly. The château itself is stunning and beautifully restored, packed with character and cool features like vintage restored cars in the entrance garage, a working old-school jukebox near the hall and a characterful staircase up to the upper rooms. The Royal Suite was huge, spotless, and had incredible views...

Wonderful hosts, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Great room, great location, despite the heat we managed to stay cool, had use of the pool. Would recommend to stay here if you are ever in the area.

A great stopover on our journey through France! The hotel was conveniently located to visit the medieval city and accessible from main roads in and out of Carcassonne. It was clean and modern with really helpful, friendly staff. The pool was a real bonus on a very hot day and we loved the grapevines lining the path into reception! Not seen that before! Our room was clean and comfortable with air con.

We chose the hotel because it offered breakfast as part of the deal. When we got there we discovered it was a very remote (quiet) rural, converted farmhouse offering modern room facilities and excellent breakfast. It also had an outdoor, unheated, swimming pool, horses to ride and staff who could not do enough for us. Most spoke good English; the manager and his wife are both English as was the main waitress in the evenings. We chose to eat there the first night and as a result ate there...
