Excellent endroit pour séjourner à Praslin

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours à cavern apartments du 5 au 10 février. Tout était parfait. Propreté de l'appartement nettoyé chaque jour gentillesse et dévouement de l'employé Rakib qui déposait dans le frigo des fruits chaque jour. Nous avons vu le propriétaire une fois et il a été d'excellents conseil. Nous avons adoré y séjourner.

Excellent séjour, location idéale

L'accueil est excellent, et le logement sans reproche. Tout est bien pensé et très propre. L'arrêt de bus est juste en face de la maison et il y a un petit supermarché à quelques mètres. L'embarcadère (jetty) est juste en face avec un take away ouvert le dimanche. Nous sommes restés 5 jours et aurions pu rester davantage avec plaisir. Le propriétaire et la dame qui s'occupe de l'entretien sont très hospitaliers et attentionnés. L'endroit est calme...bref tout pour plaire. Nous le recommanderons à nos amis !

Spacious apartment near to ferry jetty

Nice spacious apartment with sizeable balcony. Large living area. Only about 5 mins walk from Cat Cocos ferry jetty and only 1 min away from bus stop. We met the owner in the morning - very friendly and he gave us some good advice for things to see.

miscommunication

The place was close to the ferry terminal, and that was the reason I chose this place. We walked fast and got to the place just before the rain. Too bad for us, there was nobody there. This was not a hotel, but a guest house, where the host will only be there if they expect guests. Luckily the guy in the house below was there to help us (ended up he was the owner's brother in law). He called the owners, but the owners didn't get my reservation. In fact, they said they have never signed up with Orbitz and I needed to contact Orbitz. I had no phone, I had no internet, so I had to take a 15 minute taxi ride to the nearest internet cafe to contact Orbitz. After one hour and 3 calls to Orbitz. The issue was finally resolved. Once we got in the room, everything was fine. The owners got back the next day, apologized and gave us some fruits in the kitchen. The description said flat screen TV which we didn't see (we didn't need it). The description said free toiletries, and toilet paper is all we got (no soap or shampoo). There is a kitchen, but it's shared between 2 rooms (not sure if they will rent the 2 rooms out to two parties). The recommendation is depended on Orbitz and the owner fix their communication issues.
