The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. That made such a positive impact on my stay. Both Kamila and Amalia are a credit to the hotel. If highly recommend this small but very comfortable hotel.

The staffs are great! The room space and cleaness are good. But I was confused a little about the cleaning policy. The location was fairly convenient. It would take about 5 to 10 minutes walk to reach the metro station. That was also the area with more shops and restaurants. If you need laundry, there was one close by within 5 mins walk. But it had some terrible reviews. The more distant one (Lavada) in the south would be a great choice. Overall it was a very good experience.

Hotel was in a good location- trams, buses and metro were all close by and city centre was in walking distance. Room was spacious with all the basic facilities you need. Mattress on bed was a bit hard for our liking. It was quite noisy at night so we struggled to sleep. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.

There were a lot of ants running around the room. We couldn't leave our stuff on the floor because of the ants. Shower was dirty, the shower head had lime on it. The bed cover was dirty when we arrived. Only good thing was that the bed was good, and the staff were nice. I don't understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars.

They don’t have a lot in the way of amenities or giant rooms but what they do have is something you won’t find anywhere else. Staff that takes care of you and treats you with respect. The staff are what makes this place and I will stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

Ideal for one night stay. Clean, good staff, on time airport shuttle. Everything perfect on hotel site. But on Hotels.com it show me that I was there 14-15.1 in reality it was 15-16.1. I hope my rating will stay as I did it and not move down as day of stay.

The room was so small we had to throw ourselves into bed because there was no space to walk around and sit like you would normally do. The room was very noisy, cold, they give you a little flimsy duvet and there's water dripping into the toilet all night long however they only give you a towel every three days to 'save the planet' When we had to checkout at 7am, the girl at reception was sleeping - at 7am! And we had to wait forever for her to wake up so she can take our room key. Terrible service

Helt fint

Vi havde en overnatning i Pragh, hotellet var fint, man kunne høre vejen med vinduet åben men lukket kunne man ikke. Alt bar fint og personalet var søde og talte fint engelsk. Spise steder i gå afstand. Butikker kunne man også gå til på ca 15 min. Badeværelset var rigtig fint med fine røde glas mosaik sten.

Ett bra alternativ

Rummen och frukost helt okej men saknade lite garderobsutrymme på rummet. Även att där inte fanns något allmänt utrymme på hotellet där man kunde börja eller avsluta dagen med sitt sällskap. Men låg bra både för att ta en längre promenad till de ännu mer centrala delarna eller till en spårvagnshållplats.
