Great value for the price. Room was as pictured, minimal but clean and functioning. Floors need a deep clean. Cute backyard patio overlooking the courtyard. Staff was very helpful.
Good location - 5 minute walk from tram stop and Lidl. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly. 4* for facilities as no elevator and shower got cold after about 7 minutes of running. Apart from that, no issues. Great stay and good value for money.

Hotel staff were okay, nice and friendly.
Air-condition not working properly, room was very hot
Room was in another building. Breakfast is served in a restaurant and it's ok. Not much variety.
The room was clean but bed was awful. Super discomfortable, like sleeping on the floor. The toilet needed some repairs
Ok to sleep for 1 night if the price is around 40/50 eur per night.
Location is good

Weird smell in the bathroom. Toilette water was leaking near the wall connection.
At night there is no staff, so a bunch of younger guests made some noise, but it was okayish.
Distance to the oldtown is perfect to walk in a few minutes, plus the carpark is locked and your car stays safe!
Small clean garrett room. 4th floor walk up. Mini fridge. Quiet place and I actually had a great view of the sunset from my ceiling window things that opened. AC wasn't activated yet, but they gave me a fan and it cooled off a lot once I figured out how to open the ceiling windows.
Stayed for 5 nights, 15 minute walk from train station. Room was pleasant, big windows, good shower, comfy beds. No lift & being situated on 5th floor was hard going, they kindly offered another room, the only one available was on the 4th- but I took it. Breakfast was a farce. Day one was directed to SOU100 (?) and (as vegetarians) was served a plate full of cold meat and stale cheese by an awful & attitudal woman, who made us feel very 'in the way'. No choices. Had emailed & requested weeks prior. Day 2, received a ham & cheese sandwich in a bag at the reception desk, staying they couldn't provide the veg options... Surely just don't put the ham in the sandwich?! Day 3, didn't even receive that. Nothing. Found a beautiful little cafe just down the street called Mist Coffee, and didn't look back.
Besides the farcical breakfast scenario, had a pleasant stay in Prague Pensions, slept well, good location with trams, bars, fooderies, & shops all local.
Helpful staff. Small but perfectly functional room. Hot water, good shower.
Well situated. And incredibly reasonably priced

Overall ok. We where unluvky to get a room on top floor...no elevator. Was a bit tricky finding the reception but we figured it out! The bathroom had such a strong smell of chlorine that it was hard breathing....other than that overall good
I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel is a 15 minute drive from the downtown square and this was a very affordable room. There was also a fan provided in the room which was very nice to have.
decent room nothing special, ok location around 15mins from the train station but unfortunately we had a room on the 5th floor with no elevator which made it annoying
Awesome property! The only thing I would add to the room is a table and chair(s) in the entrance aside from
That it was the perfect introduction to a wonderful city!!!
The room we were given was definitely not showing in their advertising, 3rd floor up about 90 steps, very basic room with possibly the worst beds I have ever slept in, mattress was about 3 inches thick, may as well have slept on the floor, in the middle of knowhere, I know it was cheap but never again.
Everything was fine, but the description said that parking is available all but it didn’t say that you have to pay for it. Therefore the price of the stay was really high.
The room isn’t clean properly, the facility is old, our room door doesn’t work well. The reception team isn’t welcoming. They treated us with condescension.
The room was noisy, especially during the night, because since it is located near the stairs you can hear the footsteps of people going up and down.
The room forniture was extremely poor, old ruined. Bathroom very small and sink unpraticable

Nice building, great price and subpar service
The room and building were beautiful! The service was pretty bad though. During check-in we met a nice guy with a beard – friendly and easy-going. We also met two girls in the reception who were very rude, which is a shame. We asked them some very simple questions in a humble way: is there a place to store our luggage after check-in? is there something special we should think about going to the airport? But it seemed like at least one of them didn't know english very well.
Overall i would recommend this hotel for young people who are independent and don't rely on service from the hotel. The price is really good for the room.
