Kryté kurty na tenis i badminton, skvělý bazén a výřivka a sauny. Slušné možnosti výletů po okolí. Velká koupelna. Jediná drobnost, matrace nejsou nijak fixované na postelícha mají tendenci sjíždět

Bom hotel

O hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro, mas nós como estávamos de carro não tivemos problema com isso, até pq perto do hotel uns 7 min de carro tem Shoppings e varias opções de comidas inclusive mercado que amamos. Mas para quem não está de carro acho que transporte e meio complicado ali. O conforto da cama do hotel é maravilhoso do chuveiro também. Apesar de termos fechado um quarto com banheira e ar condicionado. E não tinham essa opção para nos darem na hora. O café da manhã deles é bem fraco, e 9:30 em dia tes eles já não repõem nada. Chegamos um dia esse horário e não tínhamos bem dizer nada para comer. Mas o hotel em si é muito bom com academia área de piscina e sauna que adoramos.

Tolles, ruhiges Sport- und Wellness Hotel im Grünen, ca.15 Autominuten von Prag entfernt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht ins Grüne. Das Badezimmer war groß, hell und sauber. Für tschechische Verhältnisse bietet das Park Holiday ein umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstücks-Buffet. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (WLAN, Frühstück, Wellness und Tiefgarage im Preis inkludiert). Personal freundlich und bemüht. Superschöner Naturwanderweg gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

What we enjoyed the most was the sauna, pool (although they don't do heated jacuzzi). The room was OK. Not too fancy for paying $100 a day. Housekeeping was present for both days. The staff are not very welcoming or friendly. Especially, there is a guy (I believe he may be in a managerial position) who is not nice. There were different information given to us that if we go to the wellness centre then check-in at the front desk for a robe and towels. HE did not give us a robe, telling us that we had to use the one from our room while other ladies at the front desk gave us a whole set in the beginning. There were no consistency. Breakfast buffet had a nice spread. Overall, they could improve on the staff manor and consistency in customer service.

Great hotel with lots of activities, we had a fantastic time. Disappointed there were no tea / coffee facilities in the room though. The free breakfast was really good too and with a large selection. You definitely won't be disappointed with this hotel, highly recommended

Mooi ruime hotel

Mooi hotel, redelijk afgelegen, maar met de auto naar chodov en dan met de metro verder, is het centrum van Praag uitstekend bereikbaar. Hotel beschikt over ruime kamers, waarbij wij (ouders met twee pubers) prima konden vertoeven. Faciliteiten zijn prima!

It was really a wonderful place, but there was a water main break on the day of our arrival and we didn’t have water for 24 hours. They were able to provide a wonderful breakfast despite having no running water. The last day of our stay they began renovations which prevented us from using the pool and gym. They gave us a partial refund for the last night, but nothing for the first night.

Výborný hotel

Moc příjemný hotel v Praze-Benicích. Přes blízkost dálnice D1 velice tichý díky vhodně zvolené poloze v údolí Pitkovického potoka. Vybavení, čistota na západní úrovni. Snídaně rovněž velmi dobrá, široký výběr. Vytknout ji můžeme pouze absenci čerstvého (nerozpékaného) pečiva a lokálních produktů, které hotely stejné kategorie v Rak/ Něm standardně nabízejí. Velký prostor na zlepšení vidíme u recepce. Přestože jsme se nesetkali s neochotou a všechny naše dotazy a požadavky byly vyřešeny, chybí mi proaktivita a pozdrav/přivítání od recepčních když vejdu do prostoru recepce (standardní chování v Něm/ Rak).
