I was truly amazed but the appartement we got. We are a family of 6 and with 4 children’s and we got a very spacious appartment, with beds for everyone. The place look well taken care and newly renovated. After reading some comment I was a bit fearful of getting a bad appartement that doesn’t look like the photos since you only get to know the check-in adress while booking, but I really love the place, maybe we got lucky, maybe there some unlucky, but it wasn’t our case. The view of the window was nice, the pub downstairs have very good food and beer and you can walk everywhere in minutes. I which we stayed longer as the appartement was really confortable for ours family’s

Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Prague

We stayed for two nights at Old Town Square Apartments and had a great experience overall. The apartment was very large, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a short city break. There was plenty of room to relax, and it felt more like a home than a hotel. The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from the iconic Charles Bridge and right in the heart of the Old Town. If you want to be close to the main sights, shops, and restaurants, it doesn’t get more central than this. One thing to keep in mind: because of the central location, it can be a bit noisy at night, especially if you're a light sleeper. Also, parking is not directly at the building — we had to leave the car in a secure parking garage about 1 km away, which wasn’t a big issue for us, but good to know in advance. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Old Town Square Apartments to anyone who wants to experience the very center of Prague with plenty of space and comfort.

Overall we had a great trip. The apartment smelled really bad when we got there. Not sure if it was the plumbing or something else. It was clean, and we did enjoy our stay, they just need to fix the issue with the smell

The location is a few blocks from Old Town Square (just a couple minute walk). We were on the top floor, which because of the heat, necessitated keeping the windows open. Loud street noise (until 5am) made this impossible. So we were hot. This room would be unlivable in the summer. Thankfully it rained a bit and kept things a little cooler.

Property was clean and very well located however it was extremely basic on amenities. Staff were very quick to reply to questions and beds very comfortable. No shower gel, no washing detergent for clothes, only one dishwasher tablet and no chopping board. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights and 4 people. We were told aircon cost extra 20 euro per night. This was not explained prior to booking. A high security deposit also was taken and our apartment was not where reception was.

Good location but the rest not so good.

The best part of this place was the location. Our apartment was right beside the church on the main square in Prague. Unfortunately the rest wasn't as nice. The apartment was big but there were dead spiders on the floor and the place is in need of some updating. Our booking was for 5 people and when we got to the apartment there were only bedding and towels for 4 people. We tried calling multiple times the number we got from the front desk but they never answered. So we had to walk there ourselves to make sure we got the bedding and towels. The stairway smelled like weed and trash which wasn't nice. The wifi wasn't very good or fast either.

The apartment has no air conditioning and no fan so it would be impossible to stay here in summer. We stayed here in Sept and it was not comfortable to sleep. Also it is called Old Town Square Apartments , but our apartment was over 1km from the Old Town Square.

location is in the center of town. good because it is so close to all tourist spots. bad because it is noisy in the pubs at night. we are tiered, so we can get to sleep evenso. note that the hotel requires deposit before you get your keycode. we got fined a portion for passing by the hallway with sundaecone. (rules are posted on the hallway)

Our apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lift. The apartment was spacious. Only problem is the stair grading which is obviously steel will pose a serious problem if you are over 5ft5. It is a serious accident waiting to happen AND it will happen. My friend got a nasty gash on his forehead. Also the WiFi is 3 out of 5.
