I stayed here with my family for three nights. Everything here was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious (although the style was a bit old fashioned). We were impressed by the variety of food for the breakfast. The facilities were all good except the radiator in the bathroom, which didn’t seem to work properly. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Prague.
We stayed 4 nights here recently, and had a great time. Room was spacious and clean, and staff were helpful. It's a great location with a Tram stop right outside with 4 different routes for getting into town. Our only slight criticism was around breakfast, which was a bit basic (especially for my vegan partner) and could've been labelled better. Overall, would recommend staying here.
Friendly and informative check in. Super modern room and very clean. Buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty. A convenient 30 minute walk in a virtually straight line to the old city square!

Liked: Cleanliness
Good location Not far from tram stop or city centre . Staff all very pleasant . Food for breakfast service was very good plenty of choices and in a unique setting . Only issue was I had a room in the building opposite on the courtyard and it didn't have air conditioning . It was boiling hot especially the week I stayed and the temperatures were in the high twenties (C)
Very classy and simply nice. The breakfast room is a real theater, and the breakfast itself was outstandingly delicious

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The breakfast was lovely and the cleanliness was exceptional. Only issue was the air condition had a glitch in the middle of our last night which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
The good: most staff very helpful, good selection of hot and cold food with free breakfast, spacious room with working air conditioning (if you shut the window!), good shower
The bad: couldn't provide a double bed rather than two singles pushed together, one incredibly unhelpful young man on the desk on our last day, not very nice coffee either in the room or at breakfast, staff very eager to get rid of us at the tail end of breakfast every day
Overall: pretty happy! Guy on the desk might have been having a bad day.
Really comfortable mattresses, my back said "thank you"))) It would be good to have fried eggs for the breakfast or the possibility to get an omelet. Except this, there is a good choice for the breakfast in the hotel.
There is no reserved place in front of the hotel where the taxi could park for the guests to get their luggage in/out. We had to care our bags to the 3rd building down the street.
Briliant hotel for the modest price we paid. We were lucky to have a very large room number 8 for my wife and my small daughter. It has all the features of a 4 star hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.
It easy to go around as well as a lot of trams are passing just in front of the hotel and at the back of the hotel if you walk for 3-4 minutes you can get all the busses to the center, nemesti republic and even charles bridge. It is the fourth time we are visiting Prague and definitely from now on this hotel will be our first priority in case we visit again and the price is prefect.
The hotel is at a good location and the tram lines are just outside. The breakfast spread is pretty nice and had wide range of options. The room was clean and nicely prepared. We requested an early check-in as we travelled from outside of Prague and arrived very early and we got it promptly. One thing I had tried to check was decoration of my room prior to arrival and I was not able to get a proper response for this

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, even though old it is well maintained and has old charm of a hotel built in the late 1800’s, it must have been a top quality hotel in it’s day. The breakfast was plentiful with a large variety and presented in a beautiful room that at other times I think offers theatre performances.
Two things to the negative, the shower in our room was very small, a man or larger person would have difficulty showering, the second was I found the reception slightly rude (but in their defence it must be difficult dealing with so many different cultures and language).
Overall I would definitely stay here again if I ever visited again.
