We chose this place to get away from the noise of the city, but there was constant noise inside the building at night. Even though the apartment is on the first floor, there was also noise coming from downstairs. In front of the bedroom, someone broke a car window. I specifically booked this apartment because it said there were two king-size beds, but one of them was actually made from two sofas. The listing clearly stated two proper beds and one sofa bed. The apartment was clean. However, when we took a shower, the toilet filled up with water.

Not “amazing” but “good”

This was a great location! We were able to walk everywhere from here by foot! It was also a good comfortable size for a family. Pros: - location ++ - close to metro - close to grocery store - close to parks What could be improved to make it more comfortable for family stay: - check in details - we did not receive them before we arrived in Prague. So we had to call the gentleman when we arrived at the front door of the place. Getting in was easy because there is a lockbox and key code access but that information was not given to us before hand. - cleanliness - could have been a little bit cleaner. The floor needed a mop, it was dirty and we had a small baby that wanted to crawl around. - because we were in the lower floor apartment there were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. - the kitchen could have used a bowl and a few more utensils. We were also only given one dish rag. For cooking and cleaning one additional one would have been nice. There was also no paper towels provided, which was ok, we purchased some ourselves. - the coffee machine was leaking and didn’t work for us. It was also an espresso maker. Just a drip coffee maker would have been better. - we had cooler weather in Prague, the heat in the apartment was turned off and we couldn’t control it. It felt cold and damp in the evening. Some extra blankets would have been nice. - the internet cut out a few times. Overall we had a great time in Prague. The city is beautiful.

The apartments are correct and Jan is really nice, not in the center but you visit Prague on foot

We were not given the apartment shown in these pictures and the one we were given was not nice at all. We requested an additional night after the initial booking and were told yes, that was no problem. What they failed to tell us is that by adding an additional night, we would no longer be able to stay in the apartment listed, but would rather have to stay in a different one. It was never communicated to us that this was the case, so imagine my disappointment when we walked into a run down apartment with blown out lightbulbs, no paper towels anywhere, a broken dryer that wouldn’t dry clothes, and a broken elevator the first day we were there. No partial refund was offered for the broken elevator, even though the apartment is on the very top floor and 10 flights of stairs was a lot for my aging parents. When I asked about why we weren’t given the apartment we requested, I was initially ignored and then had to ask again to get a response. I also found it interesting how this apartment was only 130 Euro for an additional day but the one I was supposed to be in was 190 Euro per day. I wasn’t offered a refund for that either. Overall, unprofessional and NOT what I paid for.
