I was on a Calcio Trip The Hotel was close to the City centre and not far from the Stadio Viviani The rooms were spacious and clean and had all the facilities I required Carmen one of the reception staff was excellent and especially helpful giving really good advice to help me make a success of my trip and future stays

the only disappointing aspect of the room was the floor in bath needed to swept, the shower drain cap was not secured and I almost fell and phone did not connect well to front desk.

Una bella sorpresa!

La struttura è molto bella, le camere confortevoli, eleganti e pulitissime. Il personale gentilissimo e la colazione degustata sulla terrazza panoramica toglie il fiato. inoltre il ricco buffet mi ha ricordato gli antichi sapori lucani, le torte della mia infanzia… il perfetto connubio dunque tra tradizione e stile. L’albergo si trova in una posizione strategica, nel centro storico della città. Un occhio attento ai particolari non potrà non notare la propensione ad un gusto artistico contemporaneo, evidente nella scelta dei quadri presenti in molte aree della struttura.

Bathrooms are just too small- I judge a hotel by its bathrooms ! With a bathroom like that it’s more of a 3 star hotel! Everything else was ok but if you drop the soap you have to open the door to the shower- get out -and bend down to pick up the soap! Basically everything was crushed in together = very uncomfortable 😣!!

El establecimiento es muy bien ubicado. Pero el servicio es limitado. El desayuno es pobre y el parking, si no quiere aparcar en la calle debes pagar 12 euros extras. Los empleados no están mucho por el trabajo.
