"The free wifi was terrible. Impossible to do anything, even basic things like google maps or instant messaging. So I paid 6 Eur extra for a faster connection, and it improved somewhat but was still mediocre (unable to stream 720p). Then, after an hour, the hotel's entire network went down. Reception did not understand my issue and kept giving me free wifi password. After difficulty explaining, I asked the staff to try connecting with their own devices, until finally they understood that their...

"The hotel is located in the city center, where you can find shops and restaurants, and of course, the famous Focaccia Genovese. It's also just a short walk from Brignole train station, and buses stop right there to get around the city. Don't forget to take bus 31 to visit Boccadasse. Excellent hotel, well-priced, friendly staff, and clean. I'll definitely be back."

"The room we had was large and clean, the towels were bath sheets. Denise who welcomed us was wonderful showing us around and giving us ideas on what to do and see in Genova."

"We had a perfect stay in Tigullio. We walked from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to the town/shopping. Everything was close and we were able to walk to get espressos every morning. Perfect location and staff were so welcoming and helped us out with amenities (iron & ironing boards) as we had a wedding nearby. Would 100% recommend to friends and stay here again!"

Ein großer Lob an dem Nacht Concierge, der immer hilfsbereit und fürsorglich ist. Un hotel molto elegante in una posizione tranquilla e stupenda. Il bagno in camera un po' piccolo ma pulito.
