"This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. "

"We spent our last 3 days in Sicily at Bio Momentum and it was the perfect place to relax and recharge after lots of sightseeing. The food is excellent and the pool area very calming. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind, this is it. Only downside: there’s not much within walking distance. "

"Very nice rural property - no piped music, good service, simple but well executed food (notable ricotta with lemon zest and olive oil, almond semi-freddo) as well as the usual Planeta wines. Only downside was the very poor condition of roads leading to / from property - very uncomfortable and potential for damage to your hire car unless you crawl along and around the many potholes."
"Loved this property. So welcoming. Home cooked food was quick and tasty. Amazing fish pasta followed by sea bass. Can't complain about that! Didn't have time to enjoy it but the pool looked amazing. Breakfast relied on a bit more processed and pre packaged pastries than I'd like. There was a good choice though and plenty to fuel us for the day. A great stopover. Remote and peaceful."
